Cocktail is all about showmanship and being a flashy bartender. It doesn’t matter if your drinks taste terrible; people love the pizzaz! Tom Cruise brings the pizzaz in one of his earliest roles. We had expectations for what this movie would be about, and let me tell you in advance, it is not what we thought it would be. There’s a lot less talk about cocktails than we hope there will be. Regardless, it was a huge hit when it was released in 1988!
