A (totally) real person who escaped the horror of the holocaust and now has to deal with one toxic man and one dopey man, while simultaneously navigating the English language. Meryl Streep won an Oscar for this portrayal, but how does the rest of this classic movie stand up? We all know the phrase “Sophie’s Choice”, but is the movie it came from any good?
